KIKUNDI, Kiswahili for ‘Group’ or ‘Collective’, is all about bringing likeminded people, products, and talent together. We provide a platform and opportunities for African Digital Artists to produce their work in print form and share it with the world, in its most authentic form. The project is always on the search for artistic talent and new markets. The founders of KIKUNDI are somewhat nomadic, giving us a truly global edge and on a mission to take African digital art to the world, one city at a time. The first KIKUNDI gallery is in the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and our workshop prints, stretches, and frames art using high-quality materials. We are very excited about our next step in the making, which is having a hub in Porto, Portugal, from where we will make the art available to the European market.
