Hire, train, and supervise daycare staff, providing ongoing professional development and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards. Manage the daycare budget, including enrollment, tuition, and expenses. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on their child’s progress. Maintain accurate records and reports related to staff, children, and facility operations. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
