Ambassador Park is one of the oldest parks in Ethiopia. A bid was issued by the Ethiopian government for the redesign and construction of the park and is where ZANA joint ventured with Nahiet Construction company who won the bid for the redesign. The park was constructed as per a design provided by a consultant and Zana implemented all the landscaping work including walkways, fountains and sprinkler systems, benches, and the plantations whereas Nahiet constructed the building structures including a bridge and other features.The park has recently opened to the public with a 10 birr entrance fee and it is managed by the Addis Ababa City Government River Basins & Green Areas Development Administration Agency.
